Our team approach. We work in team environments – both on our job sites and in our office – with most teams meeting on a weekly basis and some gathering monthly. Our cross-functional teams include a Wellness Team, an Accounting Team, a Safety Team, an Estimating Team, a Shop Team, a Superintendents Team, a Project Management Team, a Retention Team, a Newsletter Team, an Economic Strategy Team, a Company Team (made up of principal leadership) and a Management Team.
Our mobile equipment. We proudly own our entire fleet, and our shop team works diligently to keep it in top-notch condition. We systematically reinvest in our business to ensure we meet our obligations to our customers and our employees. With every new piece of equipment, we remain mindful of fuel efficiency, air quality and a high level of productivity, reinforcing our commitment to our customers, the environment and our surrounding communities.
