Village of Cross Keys

Village of Cross Keys is a full package civil construction project for the new Atlas Restaurant Group restaurant and adjacent Ice Cream shop. The project includes full site demolition package, site utilities (Storm Drain, Sewer, and Water), grading, concrete curb and gutter, and paving. The majority of the work was preparing an existing parking lot to facilitate the two buildings while installing the underground utilities from existing runs to the new locations for the Restaurant and Ice Cream Shop. We also expanded the existing auxiliary lot to make up for the spaces that were lost from the main parking lot due to the location of the two buildings. The project is 95% complete, with surface asphalt being completed, and now we are waiting on the storm gardens to be activated by the manufacturer to complete our portion of the contract.
