Gray & Son, Inc. was contracted through Whiting Turner to performed sitework associated with the 3-year construction of a new $117m Health and Life Sciences Building. Project located on the campus of Anne Arundel Community College located in Arnold, Maryland.
Scope of Services performed:
- Sediment Control
- Building demolition
- Grading for building, parking lot and extensive hardscape
- Storm Drain
- Trench Drains
- Concrete curb and gutter
- Milling and asphalt resurfacing existing campus roadways
- Stone subbase in new paved areas
- Asphalt base and surface in new paved areas
- Bioretention construction
- Line markings and signage
