Project Overview
Our scope of work included clearing trees & installing sediment & erosion controls. After this we have mass graded the site and installed all new underground utilities (water, sewer, and storm drain) that will service the apartments and the parking lot drainage. With that work now completed we are currently installing concrete curb and asphalt for the new parking lot. Once the builder complete their construction down the road, we will finish with new underground rain leaders, and Storm water management facilities.
